Linking To My Main Brief
Due to planning on making a Paranormal subgenre, we have decided to use Ghost House Pictures is produce our film. This is because they have experience with these types of horrors even though they are a newer production company. It was a close choice against Blumhouse Productions, however we thought Ghost House Pictures was a better choice due to having more recent successes as well as working with low-budget films.
Then we also choose Lionsgate to work in synergy with Ghost House Pictures, bringing their experience to assist Ghost House Pictures. They are also an extremely well known distributor company worldwide, this then gives our film the best chance in becoming a bigger success. They work with independent films which is perfect for us, therefore Lionsgate is the perfect distribution and production company or our film.
